1. Who we are

Eyamco Global Manpower Solutions (“Eyamco”, “we”, “us”) is an international manpower and recruitment company. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, by email and in the course of providing recruitment services to candidates and employers. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@eyamco.net.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

  • Candidates: name, contact details, nationality, date of birth, occupation, education, work experience, skills, and the documents you submit with an application — such as your CV, certificates and identity documents.
  • Employers and partners: company name, contact person, business contact details and the workforce requirements you describe to us.
  • Website visitors: the enquiry details you submit through our forms, and technical information such as a one-way hashed record of your IP address used for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

  • To assess candidate applications and present suitable candidates to employers.
  • To respond to enquiries and manpower requests, and to manage our client relationships.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to international recruitment.
  • To protect the website and our systems against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without consent.

4. Sharing

Candidate information is shared with prospective employers and, where required for visa and mobilisation processing, with government authorities, medical centres and travel providers — only to the extent needed to progress an application you have made or consented to. Service providers that host our systems process data on our instructions under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention and security

Application records are retained while a recruitment process is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can consider you for suitable future roles, after which they are deleted. Documents are stored in access-controlled storage, downloads are restricted to authorised recruitment staff, and administrative access is logged. See the Recruitment Data Notice for candidate-specific detail.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer have a legitimate reason to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@eyamco.net from the address you used with us — we will verify the request before acting on it.

7. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; material changes are highlighted on this page.
