Recruitment Data Notice

For job applicants and candidates. Last updated 18 August 2026

1. Why this notice exists

Applying for a job through Eyamco Global Manpower Solutions means trusting us with sensitive documents — your CV, and often your passport, certificates and photographs. This notice explains, in plain language, exactly what happens to that information. It supplements our general Privacy Policy.

2. What we collect when you apply

  • The details you enter on the application form: identity, contact, background and preferences.
  • The documents you upload. Your CV is required; passport copies, certificates and photos are optional at the application stage.
  • The date and time you gave consent, and a one-way hashed record of the network address the application came from.

Every application receives a reference number (for example EY-APP-2026-00123). Quote it in any correspondence about your application.

3. How your documents are protected

  • Documents are stored outside the public web space in access-controlled storage. There are no public links to them.
  • Only authorised recruitment staff can view or download them, through authenticated access that is recorded in an audit log.
  • Uploads are scanned for file-type integrity at the point of submission.

4. Who sees your application

Our recruitment team reviews every application. If your profile fits a vacancy, we share your CV and relevant qualifications with the employer for that role. Identity documents are shared only when a process genuinely requires them — typically at the visa and mobilisation stage — and you will know which employer and role they relate to.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your application while the vacancy’s recruitment process is active. Afterwards, we retain your profile for a reasonable period so we can contact you about similar roles, unless you ask us not to. You can request deletion at any time (see below); statutory record-keeping obligations connected to a completed placement may require us to keep a minimal record for longer.

6. Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Withdraw an application, or withdraw consent for future contact.
  • Request deletion of your profile and documents.

Email hiring@eyamco.net from the address on your application, quoting your reference number. We verify every request before releasing or deleting data.

7. A note on recruitment fraud

Eyamco never asks candidates to pay to be considered for a role, and never requests payment details by email or messaging apps. If you receive such a request in our name, it is fraudulent — please report it to hello@eyamco.net.
